Payment
We accept credit cards and PayPal payments. We will wait for your payment for 5 days and reserve your chosen items for this period of time.
Shipping
We pack all beads carefully in bubble wrap and envelopes so nothing will break during delivery! We send orders from the Czech Republic worldwide via air priority mail. We will prepare your order for shipping within 1-2 business days upon your payment. We send our orders from Monday to Friday. Approximate time of delivery: ~1 week (EU), ~1-2 weeks (US and Canada) or ~3 or more for other countries.
